Travel savvy Filipinos have always had a soft spot for Puerto Galera. For years, its popular beaches, White Beach and dive spot Sabang, have always been dependable, go-to destinations. After all, there is comfort in the familiar.

The Location

To those who dared to venture beyond the familiar, a few minutes away from the Balatero Port, past White Beach, right along the highway is a place that is guaranteed to reward those who would ask for more from Puerto Galera.

Emerging in Talipanan beach, Puerto Galera, a new standard is quietly being set at Infinity Beach Resort.

Sitting on a 2-hectare property with the mountains of Malasimbo, Talipanan and Alinbayan of Oriental Mindoro on one side, the aquamarine waters of the Verde Passage on the other side, and a river running through another, Infinity Beach Resort's location alone is enough to elicit approval from nature lovers to Feng Shui enthusiasts alike. If one wondered, where the name came from, the endless views could offer an explanation.

The Beach

Take a walk. Take a dip. Or just sit around for hours. Whatever you fancy, let the beach at Infinity keep you company. Situated in a less frequented part of Puerto Galera, you will have the space to relax and soak in the sun, sand, and surf. There several beaches around the area, but Infinity's beach in Talipanan is where you go to truly appreciate the Puerto Galera beach experience

The Design

Step inside Infinity and step into another side of Puerto Galera. One that has never been expressed in such fine execution. From the modern Asian architecture of the villas to the enormous infinity pool, the place exudes the look and feel of a world-class destination, inviting you to stop, lay down, sip on your drink and just let the hours pass. Renowned architect Rommel Dionisio designed the resort with the encircling nature in mind: butterfly roofs assure one of an uninterrupted view of the scenic mountainside while dining at its luxe 200-seater restaurant, The Brae.
Conceptualized and painstakingly built in collaboration with Mindoro's premier construction firm Sixteen Enterprises under the direction of Mr. Ephraim Morillo, the resort introduces itself more intimately inside the rooms of the villas. Here visitors are surrounded with the finest materials highlighted by the natural elegance of finely crafted woodwork.

Meanwhile, the modern luxurious design of the interior was conceptualized and put together by Arch. Jun Samson.

The Experience

A visit to Infinity can only be described as a complete getaway. From the location, to the luxurious facilities, to the gastronomic journey provided by The Brae's world-class chef Hans Peter Eckstein, guests will be pleasantly surprised by the other activities the resort has lined up, such as a trip to the Mangyan Village, hiking at Mt. Malasimbo, or a farm tour at Hacienda Morillo.

So, step out of your usual Galera plans the next time you dock into one of it's busy ports and stumble upon this Oriental Mindoro gem.
